I’ve been immersed in sport since the age of five, and my passion for training has only grown stronger. I began strength training at 14 and never looked back. My athletic career took me around the world playing rugby—including several seasons at the professional level—before a serious injury shifted my path.

 

That moment became a catalyst: I moved into Personal Training and expanded my discipline into MMA and ultra-marathon trail running. Across every chapter of my journey, one thing has remained constant—using smart, purposeful gym training to elevate my performance in every sport I pursue. Today, I bring that same performance-driven approach to helping others unlock their potential.
